The Rig

The "Sheep" as we have taken to calling her, is a 1989, 33' Fleetwood Southwind.

We purchased the RV from an awesome Harley rider named Arthur, south of Atlanta in early September of last year. The Sheep hails originally from Michigan, and has had some tough times in her past life, even had a tree fall on her! She is in much better shape now and we are so happy to call her home. We are looking forward to doing a bit of remodeling, sprucing her up a bit and really making her our own.

We had originally planned for a shorter RV, maybe a 25' to 27' Class C, but after touring several in that range we stepped into a longer Class A and realized that the extra space for both of us, and our black lab Skipper, would make for a much more comfortable transition into full time RVing. We are glad we chose a little larger rig, even though it may be harder to maneuver and find spots for as some points, on a daily basis it provides us with a lot of sanity space.
